Chilli IQ founded the Managing Partners Forum way back in the 2008 and it now marks its 20th anniversary! The Forum is a milestone for the Australian legal profession, it was the first of its kind in Australia, bringing together legal leaders to draw frm the insights of industry leaders and put their ideas to the test and build the networks that have made it a community of real importance.
Over those two decades, the decisions facing these leaders have been reshaped by the swift technological shift of the law firm and the rapid introduction of AI, changing how firms are run, how clients are served, and how talent is developed and retained. Yet even as technology accelerates, the need for genuine human connection remains just as essential.
The conversations, connections, and trust developed among managing partners enable them to make sound judgments amid shifting conditions, and this lasting benefit is the enduring value the Forum has championed since its beginning.
